Tony Fithon, the Managing Director at Impact First Aid, Safety and Security Training completed over 20 years’ service in the British Army. During this time, he was involved in many military operations throughout the world, gaining a vast amount of security knowledge and expertise, working at all levels in both hostile and non-hostile environments.
After leaving the Army, Tony a 3rd Dan Black Belt in Jeet Kune Do (trained under Peter Constantine), started working in the security industry as a Body Guard now re-titled a Close Protection Operative (CPO), building up a large portfolio of clients including TV celebrities and politicians. During his career he also provided many covert surveillance operations, for barristers, solicitors, private companies and members of the public. In 2001 Tony set up his own security company and since then Tony has been responsible for directing many security contracts, which the company continues with to this day. Drawing from his experiences as an instructor (teacher) whilst serving in the Army, Tony decided to add a Training Centre to Impacts expanding business. Tony is very passionate about training and very keen for the company to continue its investment to provide professional courses and qualifications that meets the needs of public and private organisations.
