We at Impact Security & Medical Services pride ourselves on offering a first class service. When you call into our office, our receptionists will take details of your event or transport needs and then pass them to a registered health care professional for review. Our team will contact you and discuss your needs before coming up with a prompt quotation and plan. For events, we will complete an event medical operational plan and where necessary, we will notify and liaise with our contacts at the relevant local NHS ambulance trust and hospitals. Our events team caters for every event from school fetes to medium to large crowd events such as festivals and all types of sporting events

We are equipped to the same level as NHS ambulances and have applied to the CQC who regulate hospitals and NHS ambulance trusts.
